How to Play 2048 Game?

2048 game is played in the 4 x 4 tile. To play this game You need to use 4 arrow keys in the keyboard (top, right, bottom, left). With each move, if there are same numbers in the direction of arrow key your pressed, it gets merged and adds up.

It adds up numbers together starting from 2 and goes on like 4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024,2048. For each move, number “2” or “4” gets generated newly in any of the empty tile in 4 x 4 matrix.

The goal of this same is to bring the summation to “2048”on any tile. Game ends when the player doesn’t have any empty boxes and also when no two adjacent boxes contain same number.

This game is a math puzzle (Dude hold on, it doesn’t have trigonometry or algebra in it) which uses the simple addition rule. Cirulli himself released both iOS and Andriod free app version of this game in May 2014.
