FB has option to backup your complete profile data. But does not provide a direct method to export Facebook contacts to Excel (email addresses, phone numbers etc.,). To do this, we have to follow one of the above two indirect methods.

Go through these 2 steps to complete to export email addresses from Facebook to your Yahoo Account.

Export Facebook Contacts To Excel Using Yahoo Mail.

Step 1: Sync Facebook Contacts with Yahoo:

1. Login to your Yahoo mail account. 
2. If you don’t have one, sign up for new id & login.
2. Click the Contacts section.
3. Select 'Import Contacts' or 'Facebook' on left side panel.
4. Choose 'Import' under Facebook import section.
5. Approve the Popup Authorization request to get connected to your FB account.

Step 2: Export Yahoo Contacts To Excel:

1. Choose 'Facebook’ on the left side panel.
2. Click on 'Actions' & 'Export'.
3. Select 'Yahoo CSV' format to export.
4. Click 'Ok' and initiate contacts export process.

The contacts will be saved in ‘Yahoo_contacts.csv” in the path you have chosen during download. Browse to the download path and open the exported contact csv file in Excel.

You can see all your FB contacts are exported to CSV along with their Name, Email Id, Messenger ID etc.,
